22 April Training Team Advanced Refresher Training

This is open to all members of NAM who have passed their advanced test but want to refresh their knowledge. Contact a member of the training team to book your place.

The event will take place at Ponteland Fire Station on Callerton Lane, click on the link to see it in google maps: Ponteland Fire Station

The day will start at 10:00am with class room training, then at 12:00 there will be rideout with an observer to practice your skills.

The cost will be the normal £10 contribution you would pay for any other observed ride.

A Rideout for Associates

Roland is pulling together a rideout aimed primarily at associates and less experienced riders. Distance about 100 - 150 miles up the glorious North East coast.

Likely route is Seahouses,Bamburgh, Wooler, Cornhill on Tweed, Kelso, Jedburgh, Otterburn and finish at Dobbies near the airport, weather permitting of course.

Meet at the normal place (Seaton Burn services) for the 9:45am briefing and a prompt 10:00am start.

A Ride In

Something new a Ride In, this is where we all make our own way to a meeting point.

In this case we are meeting at Penrith, Morrisons car park between 12:00 and 13:00. That's Brunswick Road CA11 7JU for those with a sat nav.

Be at the Seaton Burn meeting point for 9:30 - 9:45am so we can get the first group off before 10am
